JUMBO engineering Department is composed of the engineers who are very experienced and skillful with devotion. They specialize in designing all kinds of plastic,glass… mould and new products. We can design the mold with different standard, such as LKM, HASCO, Equivalent HASCO, DME, Equivalent DME, to meet customer’s different requirements. They will design the mould according to the function, the complexity of the Products.
JUMBO adopts international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design .
Our engineering and mould-making technology includes:
1. Pro/ENGINEER (3D Modeling)
2. SolidWorks (3D Modeling)
3. AutoCAD (2D Modeling)
4. MoldFlow Mold Advisor (Plastic flow/deform simulation)
5. MasterCAM (CNC Programming)
6. Unigraphics (CNC Programming)
*Please provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the sample. We can quote and manufacture quality molds according to them. *
Mold making
State-of-the-Art Equipment includes:
1. Roders CNC 42,000 High Speed Machining Center for machining graphite and copper electrodes.
2. Well-equipped with Mitsubishi CNC Wire-Cut machine, Sodick Linear Servo Controller & Makino EDNC Machine, have full cut and automatic threading capabilities.
3. Well-equipped with highly accurate and versatile machines for machining the cavities, cores and mold bases.
Many kinds of world-wide applied mould steels are used in our production, such as 738, 718, 718H, S136, S136H from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20, 420. Most mould bases and standard components come from LKM. Hot runner, mostly we use Yudo, Mold-Master, Incoe, Hasco, D.M.E etc. Of course, customers" will comes first, we will do according to customers" specification.
