 1. The classification of the powder box. Many types of powder, generally classified as follows

The box is usually composed of the cover, the bottom, the inner seat, the former, the lens, the aluminum plate, the new nail and other related components.

Three parts of the selection of materials

1. ABS is the most commonly used material for ABS / ABS + SAN / SAN, PCTA, PMMA, PP, etc. can be used, ABS generally need to paint the parts on the process, SAN for general transparent parts, PMMA general use In the thick-walled transparent parts (PMMA intolerance to alcohol) PCTA is generally used for high chemical resistance of the powder box, PP is generally used in the sealed requirements of the powder box.

2. Assembly method

A. cover and lens:
Point hot melt adhesive, for the lens and the cover with uneven / shaped powder box

B. Inside and bottom:
Card, inside and bottom to do card hook to engage

5. Conventional standards for toner cartridges

Open the box

3. Drop test:

4. Post-strength test

6. Light aging test:

EL standard

8. Size control

2. Component strength

3. Disk hole design
Disk hole shape and depth size must be greater than the nominal size of the pan, the general size of the disk hole than the plate about 0.5mm, but this also depends on the specific requirements of the guests

4. lens design

All the lenses must be lower than the edge of the lid, with hot melt adhesive mirror, the depth of the frame at least deeper than the thickness of the mirror 0.5mm, with double-sided adhesive, then at least 0.2mm deep, if the frame to be painted depth also requires 0.2mm The
Mirror and frame around the left and right about 0.2mm gap, the size of the mirror to take the whole value.
The gap between the frame surface and the inner surface is at least 0.4mm.
5. gate position
The gates of the cartridge parts are generally in the rear or center gate
After the new gate is generally the side gate and latent gate, latent gate has not affect the appearance of the product, without post-processing, etc., but not suitable for toughness of the material (such as PCTA, etc.)
Central gate generally need to do a pit in the gate, the size of the depth generally take 0.5 to 0.7 (as the fence at the gate), the diameter of the general take 3 to 5 (try to take a large value)
This has two advantages: one is not cut gate burr, the second is to buffer the injection pressure, not the stress generated in the gate and affect the quality of finished products.
6. After the needle pinhole design: pinhole need to do the guide section, to avoid pinning pinhole break, in order to avoid nail misalignment, all powder box as much as possible to fight double

Normal Defected and improvement way:

1. Opening force is too large / small


Semi-finished product size instability, adjust the size of semi-finished products, strengthen quality control
Ultrasound caused by size changes, adjust the ultrasound machine
Spinning, adjust the nailing machine
Packaging is not good, the product put a period of time after the opening force becomes smaller, the product under the stress caused by fatigue, the powder box to the hole board, hole hole hole depth is greater than the total product height
2. open laugh
Semi-finished products deformation, adjust the semi-finished products, strengthen the quality control
Ultrasound effects, such as the inside / frame without sound in place, adjust the ultrasound machine
Dislocation
Semi-finished pinhole skew, check the replacement mold needle, strengthen the quality control
Semi-finished product size exceeded, adjust the size of semi-finished products, strengthen the quality control

 

Dispensing leaks, increase the dispensing device, do not dispensing the lens is not assembled

Glue too little, increase the amount of dispensing, dispensing volume to be set the number of standards

Dispensing / paste double-sided adhesive without pressure after the pressure (general hot melt adhesive / double-sided adhesive are pressure-sensitive adhesive), the lens assembly must be pressed

Lens size is large / frame size is too small to cause the lens is not in place, the lens size to do small

5. Post-New Zealand loose / tight

Semi-finished pinhole size of different sizes, check the replacement of mold needles, to strengthen quality control

Do not adjust the nail, adjust the nailing machine

6. product surface injury

Ultrasound is not adjusted well, too heavy, adjust the ultrasound machine
