The packaging for cream occupys big amount among our yearly turnover sales.Today I would like to say a little my negligible opinion on various materials for the jars,especially the difference of the aluminum andacrylic that are the two most luxurious looking material among the jars currently.
Because of super stability,shaping and especially low costing,we can find cream jars which made of PE,PP and PET are very popular on the market.
Those material takes biggest rate compared to the other material.
However,for luxury end cream,we had to mention the two material which I would like to talk next.
One is aluminum jar,in fact Aluminum jar is not like its name pure aluminum material,it is combine of aluminum and plastic,even glass material.Normally,the outside appearance are aluminum material,its inside is plastic,the base is also the same,but quite often,the base insidematerial is glass which makes the whole jar best look-feeling.
PMMA cream jar,its nickname acrylic jar,Its high transparency,wide decoration-able choice make the finished products high quality end looking and very popular by brand companies these years,
The cost between aluminum and acrylic are not differ,and follow to the mature sprayed tech on aluminum surface makes the aluminum jar colorful looking than before,at that time most of the jar either shiny/matte gold/silver,you are rarely to see pearl white,pink...ect.
Both of the two material can be done with diverse printing ways.The difference is to achieve shiny logo on aluminum surface,we need to anodize,but acrylic needs only normal hot stamping way.
However,it is superior than acrylic material,when you want to deboss or emboss your own logo on the jar,aluminum can makes cost-save a lot than acrylic material.
Well,it is hard to say which one is better,however,the one suits your products is the best one to chooce.
