The product is a paper applicator that is precoated with mineral cosmetic eye shadow.
To use the applicator, you simply peel off a plastic film cover protecting the eye shadow
and press the paper applicator against your eyelid. When you peel away the paper applicator,
the eye shadow will have transferred onto your eyelid.
