The motion of the vibrating brush truly helps the formula perform better. The product can be more accurately applied to the lashes much more easily than with a conventional brush. I can't remember the last time I saw my bottom lashes so perfectly coated and separated—even the finest lashes. If you hold the brush very still for a few seconds at the base of your lashes, the wand will even start to line your lids a little bit. I haven't mastered this technique yet, but I can't wait to experiment more.
